① Pour low gluten flour, salt, white sugar, and yeast into a container and stir evenly
② Add small pieces of butter and knead evenly
③ Pour in milk and 25 grams of egg mixture, mix until there is no dry powder, add chopped Oreo and mix into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature for 45 minutes
