Ingredients:

Mangoes: 2Granulated sugar: a small amountYogurt: 200gWhipping cream: 200gButterfly pea flower powder: a small amount

Preparation Steps:

Peel the mangoes and cut them into small pieces. Set aside.Whip the cream with a bit of sugar and butterfly pea flower powder until thick. Fold in the yogurt until evenly mixed.Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the mango pieces on top. Freeze overnight in the refrigerator, then remove from the mold and cut into pieces. Done! ✔️

Feel free to choose your favorite fruits for different flavors. This recipe can also be made into popsicles!

Line the bottom of the mold with parchment paper or plastic wrap for easy unmolding.Greek yogurt works best for a richer and thicker texture. For this recipe, I used Yiming Rare Idealism yogurt, which is plain and contains 6g of high protein. The taste is rich and creamy, similar to ice cream, with a deliciously creamy texture.
